I cannot believe this week is over…
I have a feeling I’m going to say this each week, all summer long.
How has your week been?
Has it been a blur of running all over the place and now you feel like you are running on empty?
Has it seemed like it has been the longest week of your life and the only thing you want to seek out is your bed?
Let me encourage you with this:
No matter if you have been knocked down or flying high; God is good.
Whether you are up on the mountain and all is well with the world or if you are down in the lowest valley with no light in sight; God is still good.
He was, He is, and He always will be.
Fridays will look a bit different than Mondays and Wednesdays, in the fact that I’ll post a praise and worship song that I think will really minister to you.
Really take the 4-6 minutes and just sit quietly…I mean you have all weekend to do it.
Spend some time with Jesus and talk to Him about your week.
Tell Him what was awesome…and what sucked.
Tell Him that you’re disappointed with the prayer He didn’t answer like you wanted.
And thank Him for what He’s going to give you instead and that He has it all under control.
He wants all of it.
Because He wants all of you.
Good, bad and ugly.
Let the words of this song be a healing to your soul.
Seek Him and find Him.
Lord Most High,
Lord, thank you so much for all of these ladies who have joined me this week. My heart is so incredibly humbled at each woman who is a part of this group. I pray a special blessing over each and every one of them Lord. I pray that you will be everything that they need you to be. If they need healed, be their Healer. If they need loved on, be that Perfect Love. If they are afraid, be their Comforter. If they are sad, be the One to raise their head. If they have needs to be met, be their Supplier. If they are in torment and unrest, be the Peace that passes all understanding. And Father, as they seek you this week and the rest of our study, I rest confident on your promise that they will find you, regardless of who they are, what they’ve done, or what they have or don’t have to offer you. Lord you see our hearts. May they be hearts that are so full of love for you, that when others see us; they see a reflection of You.
In Jesus Name,
Keep us in perfect peace
