Some people come into your life and even after just meeting them you feel an instant connection and friendship.
This is my relationship with this week’s Wonder Woman Wednesday.
Mrs. Lindsay Traylor!
She is the wife to Bryan, a life long friend of mine and Jason and mom to Lilly, Jack, and Jesse. They live in Indiana and are literally people who we wished we lived near so we could raise our kids together. We always get funny looks when we tell people Jason married them. Well, he preformed the ceremony. 🙂
This girl is just amazing to me.
Wonder Woman Wednesday was birthed from her! Did you know that?
I took her idea of Mom Crush Monday, a time where she set aside to encourage and highlight some of the awesome moms in her life.
That’s just the kinda gal she is…
If you want to know the definition of loyal…look no further.
She is fiercely loyal to her family, extended and immediate, her community, and her friends.
She will cut you if you bad mouth any of those mentioned above.
She’s all the time baking cookies for soldiers, or doing anything to support her hometown of Zionsville.
She’s not afraid to get out there and get her kids involved in whatever.
Try new things.
Break glass ceilings.
Encourage her kids to be more that what people expect of them.
She’s not afraid to go to Target with all of her people.
I love it.
I love her wit and sass and determination and devotion.
I love that she can ride a gator, pick mushrooms, and wear boots one day and the next day look like a movie star in red lipstick and heels that could break a person’s ankle.
She is smart, kind, and fun.
She runs a little army and she is the boss.
I’m a little jealous of the house she runs….
BUT, if Wonder Woman Wednesday tells us anything, it’s that it takes all kinds to make this blue marble go around!
Lindsay I see how amazing you are as a mom and just an all around human being!
I’m so thankful to call you my friend and I know others are too.
God sees how awesome you are too and he loves your sweet little family so much.
You guys are raising world changers and we are all better for you being in it.
